Help with the Ascend Coaching app.
The app is for Ascend Coaching clients. Email [email protected] for anything not covered here; your coach answers within one working day.
Signing in
Enter the email address your coach has on file. A one-time code arrives by email within a minute; check spam if it does not. You stay signed in for up to 90 days. Signing out from the Settings tab ends the session on that device.
Health Connect
Android asks for each Health Connect permission inside the app. Grant only what you want your coach to see. To change your mind later, open Android Settings → Health Connect (or Health) → App permissions → Ascend Coaching and switch categories off; the app stops reading them at once.
Updates
If you installed from Google Play, updates arrive automatically. If you installed the app from a download link, update from the same link when your coach tells you a new version is out.
